On August 8th 2011 London came under suge by groups of thug bastards, intend on causing as much damage and mayhem as possible. As a result many homes,  businesses and lives were distroyed, but the community spirit if nothing else strenghtened.

 

Many Facebook and Twitter groups have been created to help clean up the Capital, so if you and your friends are available to help one of the areas affected by the disturbances please grab some black bags, safety gloves and a broom and head on down:

 

  • Bow, on Roman Road, Tackle shop from 9am

  • Croyden, by East Croyden station from 10am

  • Camberwell, by St Giles Church from 10am

  • Camden, by Chalk Farm station from 10am

  • Ealing, by the Horse from 10am

  • Bethnal Green, in front of the money shop from 10am

  • Hackney, by the Town Hall from 10am

  • Lewisham, Lewisham shopping centre from 9am

  • Westbourne Grove, Ledbury from 9am

  • Peckham, by the Library from 8am
